Our designers and builders in our in-house Custom Studio are experts in working with timber, metal, acrylics, composites and lighting systems to bring projects to life. Our Custom Studio is equipped with the latest manufacturing equipment to ensure our projects are made efficiently, cost effectively and to the highest standards.

Our workshop includes a state-of-the-art Multicam 3000 mm x 1500 mm flatbed router allowing the efficient cutting and forming of an extensive range of materials including:

Timber sheet products including plywood, MDF, laminates and hardwoods.

In addition, the machine features an oscillating / tangential knife that allows us to cut flexible and semi rigid media such as:

Our metal fabrication workshop includes high end welding equipment including:

● Kemppi MIG and TIG welders allowing us to work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium.  

● Swifty & Hypertherm 600 mm x 600 mm CNC plasma cutter allowing us to cut up to 12mm mild steel plate.

● Baileigh rotary draw bender for round and square metal tube up to 63.5mm in diameter.  Allowing up to 180 degrees of tight bend forming.

● BuildPro Welding station allowing accurate clamping and placement of welding jobs.

● Brobo cold caws and horizontal band saws for accurate metal cutting.

● Geared drill press for repetitive hole drilling and thread tapping.

We fabricate everything timber from modern cabinetry to reclaimed hardwood facades utilising:

● SCM Si350n Table Panel Saw for over sizes sheets of plywood, MDF and laminates. 

● Festool sanders, joiners, routers, saws and cutters for extensive hand fabrication of timber projects.
