Sydney came alive celebrating our multicultural community and embracing the Lunar New Year festival with the year of the Rooster.
Westfield Sydney went all out by covering the center in lucky red and gold light trees by Avatree. Extending decorations across bridges, around columns and throughout their gardens. The centre hosted lion dancing ceremonies, Chinese calligraphy demonstrations, tea tastings and a dumpling eating competitions.
Key to Westfield's purpose is 'Creating extraordinary places connecting and enriching communities.' and through their continued support of festivals such as Lunar New Year they continue to achieve this.
